If your health care provider has already requested an MRI in Manitoba; after booking you just have to call your Doctor's office and ask them to fax your requisition to our office at 612-435-9211.

If you do not yet have a requisition in the Manitoba Health System; you will need to contact your doctor/chiropractor and ask them to give you an MRI requisition.  They can use the provincial requisition forms or we do a referral form on this website.

When visiting from Canada, usually the border crossing is fast, however it would be safe to allow yourself 20 minutes before the appointment to cross the border.

Driving Directions:

From Downtown Winnipeg (Portage and Main)

Take Main Street South, to St. Mary’s. Continue on St. Mary’s to the Perimeter. Take a Left onto the Perimeter going West. Exit South onto MB-75 or Pembina Hwy. Continue on MB-75 until you reach the Emerson-Pembina Border Crossing. Usually the border crossing is fast, however it would be safe to allow yourself 20-30 minutes before the appointment to cross the border. Once you are in North Dakota, take the first Exit 215 to go East on Rt 171. Take first left onto Highway 59 until you see signs for Pembina High-Field MRI just past the Pembina State  Museum.

From Agassiz Medical Centre Morden MB.

Turn Left onto Rt 100 going North. Make a Right onto MB-3 east to Winkler. Continue east onto MB-14. Make a right onto MB-75 South, until you reach the Emerson-Pembina Border Crossing. Take Henry St North to Loewen Blvd. Make a left on Loewen Blvd going west and continue west to MB 52. Turn left onto MB-59 going south. Take a right onto MB 201 going West. Take a Left on MB-75 going south until you reach the Emerson-Pembina Border Crossing.  Once you are in North Dakota, take the first Exit 215 to go East on Rt 171.
